Our Story

Daniel Showalter has been milking cows since the age of seven years old. At the age of 24 he fulfilled his dream of owning his own dairy. Milking commercially for 13 years when he decided he wanted to break free of the chains of the industrial milk machine. Nine years ago we began again, making grain-free cows milk, hard cheeses and pastured sheep milk, supplemented with grain, cheese.
