How do I place an order?
Browse products from local farms, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with a credit card.
How do I track my order?
Visit your Orders page to see the status of all your orders. You'll also receive email updates when your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by farm and your location. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Check the product page for estimated delivery times.
Do you offer local pickup?
Many farms offer local pickup options. Look for the pickup badge on product listings or filter by pickup availability.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@rutmarket.co with photos of the damage. We'll work with the seller to resolve the issue.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe.
When am I charged for my order?
Your card is charged when you place your order. If an item is out of stock, you'll receive a refund for that item.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign Up' in the top navigation and enter your email and password. You can also sign up during checkout.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
How do I update my shipping address?
Go to your Profile page and click 'Edit' next to your address. You can also add a new address during checkout.
